This Privacy Policy explains how Magic Customs House (“the Game”, “we”, “us”), published by Serniza Games, handles information from people (“you”) who download and play the app available on Google Play.

1. Summary

We do not collect, store or share your personal information on our own servers. The Game works mostly on your device. It uses two third-party services from Google, which process some data under Google’s own policies: Google AdMob (ads) and Google Play Games Services (leaderboards).

2. Information we do not collect

We do not directly collect:

• Your name, email address or other contact details
• Your precise location
• Our own analytics or behavioral tracking data
• Payment information (the Game has no in-app purchases)

The Game does not ask you to create an account with us.

3. Leaderboards (Google Play Games Services)

The Game uses Google Play Games Services to show leaderboards. If you sign in to Google Play Games, Google may process:

• Your player ID, player name and profile picture
• The scores you submit to the leaderboard, which are visible to other players
• Technical information about your device and use of the service

This data is handled by Google under its Privacy Policy. We do not store it on our own servers. You can manage or remove your Play Games profile and data from the Google Play Games app or your Google account settings.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The Game shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve ads, including personalized ads where applicable, AdMob may automatically collect and process:

• The device advertising ID
• Approximate IP address
• Technical device information (model, operating system, language)
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

Google processes this information under its Privacy Policy. You can reset your advertising ID or turn off ad personalization in your Android settings (Settings > Google > Ads).

5. Device permissions

Any Android permission the Game requests, such as network access to show ads and leaderboards, is used only to run the Game and its features. We do not use permissions to collect additional personal information.

6. Third-party services

The Game integrates these third-party services:

• Google AdMob, for advertising
• Google Play Games Services, for leaderboards

The Game includes no other analytics SDKs or services that collect user information. If we add another service in the future, we will update this policy before releasing the change.

7. Children’s privacy

Magic Customs House is intended for a general audience and is not specifically designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. For ads, we configure the Game according to Google’s policies, including requesting non-personalized ads for users who may be minors where applicable.

8. Data retention and deletion

We do not keep your personal data on our servers. Game progress is stored on your device and is removed when you uninstall the Game. Leaderboard and profile data is managed by Google. You can ask for it to be removed through your Google Play Games settings or by writing to us at the email below, and we will help you with the process.

9. Security

We do not store personal information on our own servers. Information processed by AdMob and Google Play Games Services is managed and protected under Google’s security measures.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example when new features are added to the Game. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date at the top.
